I’m Brigitte Roelant, a storyteller with a camera in hand. Photography entered my life when I was just a child, watching my father capture the gatherings of our family. Since then, I never stopped observing.

Over time, I understood that taking a photo is more than freezing a moment. It’s listening to the world with your eyes — with your whole body. It’s noticing what changes when light touches a surface, what reveals itself between movement and stillness.

My images are born from that place of quiet attention. They are portraits of nature, the city, the waiting, the invisible. Each photograph carries an atmosphere, a time, a memory.
